i made

cheese,potato and onion pie.
shop bought pastry,thinly sliced potato and onion,grated cheese,splash of cream,salt pepper.
eggy wash on the top.
one hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
here it is on a very nice midwinter Madeira plate.
